Pure Barre: The Benefits
There are multiple benefits to the Pure Barre system. The three main physical goals and benefits of the Pure Barre system are:
- To burn fat at an incredible pace
- To lift your seat
- To tone your thighs
Some have compared this exercise system as mixing ballet and Pilates. By integrating the barre of ballet and using it perform concentrated, isometric movements choreographed with upbeat and motivational music, Pure Barre works to safely transform your body, and overall mental perspective. Carrie promises that in only ten classes, students of Pure Barre will already began to notice amazing results.
Besides the physical benefits of Pure Barre, Carrie wants to:
- Empower women
- Encourage mental health
- Promote Emotional strength
Carrie has also integrated a charitable foundation with Pure Barre, called Pure Give, which works to help girls and young women.
Pure Barre: An Intelligent Workout System
One of the ways that other exercise systems are dangerous is that they revolve around jumping or bouncing motions, which have a higher chance of muscle tears and other injuries. The strength of Pure Barre is that a stretching routine takes place after each step of the workout program. This works to enhance lean and long muscles without building unwanted bulk. Most women struggle in weight control in their:
- Hips
- Seat
- Arms
- Abs
Pure Barre directly targets those areas, consciously working to tone and improve them. The goal? To “taper” everything in and then left it up. The effective one hour workout is so rigorous and concentrated, participants mentally focus only on the current exercise and block out “life” from their minds. This doubles as a benefit similar to yoga, which helps promote relaxation even while excercizing. Pure Barre: transform your body and your mind.
